Elementary 2

Ballet and Tap Combination         

• Tuesday 5:00-6:00 (KC)
• Thursday 5:00-6:00 (DM)

This level is graded by previous experience. The class is 45 minutes of classical ballet instruction emphasizing feet and arm positions, correct terminology, stretching, and a continuation of proper technique from level 1. Elementary 2 level ballet students are invited to participate in the Brandywine Ballet Company's production of  "The Nutcracker". Information is handed out in class in September.

Elementary 2 Jazz Hip Hop                                                                     

• Tuesday 6:00-6:45 (KC)
• Thursday 6:00-6:45 (JB)

This class is graded strictly by age and previous experience. popular music of today is used for instruction in this class with a main emphasis on jazz and hip hop techniques, stretching, coordination exercises and age appropriate jazz combinations. Ballet is not required in order to take jazz, but it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
