The Dance Center offers two choices of payment options: Yearly tuition paid in full with a 5% discount due September 1; or 9 equal, monthly installments (September through May). If you choose monthly installments, they are conveniently due the first lesson of each month. You will not receive a written bill or an e-mail notification reminding you that your monthly payment is due. Your tuition payment will be the same each month regardless of the length of the dance calendar month, holidays, snow days, or your personal days that may impact the number of classes your dancer attends. No refunds will be given for any reason. No pro-rated tuition will be allowed for classes missed. A $5.00 late fee will be charged monthly if tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no such thing as taking a month off, and there will be no deductions or refunds for lessons missed, regardless of the reason. Your position in class is reserved for you whether you attend or not, therefore consistent and equal payments must be made each month regardless of your attendance or absenteeism. TUITION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Should it become necessary to discontinue classes for any reason, you must notify the office in person or by phone. You are financially responsible for tuition payments through the end of the month that such a call or visit is made in our office. POSITIVELY NO DEDUCTIONS, REFUNDS, OR TRANSFER OF TUITION will be made for lessons missed.
** You will not be billed monthly for your tuition; please bring your payment into the office on the first lesson of each month.
** A late fee of $5.00 will be applied to tuition not received by the l0th of the month.
** A $25 fee will be applied for any checks returned by the bank for any reason.
** All students, both former and new, must register either in person or by mail and fill out a Registration Form.
