TWO Payment Plan Choices
Trimester Installments - 3 equal installments with 3% discount
Equal installments are due 8/1, 11/20, and 2/26
Monthly Installments
Equal payments due the first of the month September thru May.
Installment Plan Information

Both MONTHLY and TRIMESTER installments are calculated based on the total tuition amount for the year. (However, students may withdraw from classes at any time during the year within the parameters of the Tuition Policy.)

Your payment will be the same each month or trimester regardless of the length of the dance calendar month, holidays, performance or rehearsal days for a Brandywine Ballet production, snow days, coronavirus, or any personal conflicts. We also do not issue refunds or pro-rate tuition for missed classes.

Make-up classes are available if you so choose.

late fee

A $10 late fee is charged to all accounts whose Monthly Installment or Trimester Installment is not paid within 5 days of the date it is due.
All Tuitions Paid are Non-Refundable

September 10 - First Day of Classes
November 9-13 - Visiting Week (School Wide)
November 25-29 - Closed for Thanksgiving
December 21 to January 3 - Closed for Winter Break
2027 Spring
March 22 to March 28 - Closed for Spring Break
May 28 - Last Day of Regular Classes
June 1 to June 18 - Recital Rehearsals
June 19 - Dance Review 2027
